Lt. Col. Arlen Smith, USMC (Retired) is seen here making omelettes for his daughter's Home Economics classes at Terrell High School. Lt. Col. Smith is also a retired teacher/coach/counselor and served two terms as a county judge. He is quite a character and I had a great time meeting him today.
