Today I'm starting duo/tri/quadtones and I happened to have a guitar in the office to take a few snaps for a friend...she's having a cake made in the shape of a guitar for her son's groom's cake at his wedding. I decided I liked the snapshots so I converted them into black and white. I have a Texas theme in my office, so the guitar just kind of fit right into my surroundings. :)

Wow great shots! Excellent detail and tones! The only thing I'm not sure about is the color of "texas" in the upper right corner, looks odd being so light, but it looks like it'd be an easy burn job in PS.
I agree that the second is the nicer one. There are tons of duotones in my PaD.
