I spent about an hour this evening with Clay and J.P., building lego thingamabobs in their bedroom floor. Watching them work together, quietly, patiently...made me wonder who they were and where my boys had been taken. ;) Nah, seriously...we were having a good time. We built all kinds of doodads. I love times like this. I just wish there were more of them.

I resolve to slow down and spend more time building doodads and thingamabobs with my kids, just because. :)

What a wonderful time that must have been. Its so nice when children do what YOU want them too, rather then doing what they want to. If a picture is worth a thousand words, times like those are worth a thousand pictures. :-)

Enjoy them, they grow so fast. And as usual a wonderful arrangement of photos.

Here the series of lego shots really shows the experience. I love the DOF in the one of just the legos, and the one with the little boy concentrating on the yellow Lego is super good. Great story-telling in this page layout.

Another great looking page, Laurie. You have a real knack for putting these together. Each has it's own theme and looks really great. You do nice work!
